Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and MB Tutoris ("we", "us"), a small partnership (mažoji bendrija) registered in Lithuania, company code 307312525, which runs WorksheetApp at worksheetapp.com (the "Service"). By signing in or using the Service you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
1. Who can use WorksheetApp
The Service is made for teachers, tutors, parents and other adults who prepare learning materials. You must be at least 16 to create an account (13 in the United States). If you use it for a school or another organisation, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.
2. Your account
You sign in with a Google account. Keep it secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One person, one account: making extra accounts to get more free worksheets is not allowed, and accounts used on the same device may share one free allowance.
3. Plans, trial and billing
- Trial. New accounts get a free trial of Pro. It needs no card and does not turn into a paid plan by itself.
- Free plan. After the trial, a free account can make a limited number of new worksheets each month, shown in the app.
- Pro. Pro is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe at the price shown at checkout, including any taxes. It renews automatically until you cancel.
- Cancelling. You can cancel any time from Manage subscription in the app. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. Deleting your account cancels the subscription straight away.
- Refunds. Payments are generally non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If something went wrong, write to us and we'll look at it.
- Price changes. If we change the price of your plan, we'll tell you in advance. The new price applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
- Fair use. To keep the Service working for everyone, very high volumes of generation may be temporarily slowed down, even on Pro.
4. Your content
You own what you put into the Service (prompts, attachments, uploads, annotations) and, as far as we are concerned, the worksheets it makes for you. You can use them in your teaching, share them, print them and sell them. You give us permission to store, process and show your content only as needed to run the Service for you, for example to make a worksheet, keep it in your library, or show it to people you send a share link to.
You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload. Don't upload material you don't have rights to, and avoid putting students' personal data into the Service unless you need to.
5. AI-generated content
Worksheets are written by AI. They can contain mistakes, including wrong answers in answer keys. Check every worksheet before you use it with students. You are responsible for how you use what the Service produces.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
- make content that is hateful, harassing, sexual involving minors, or meant to cause harm;
- get around limits, quotas or payments, or the abuse checks;
- scrape, overload, attack or reverse-engineer the Service, or access it with automated tools other than a normal browser;
- resell access to the Service itself.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Where it is reasonable, we'll tell you why first.
7. Our service
The WorksheetApp software, design and brand belong to us. We work to keep the Service available and your work safe, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we shut down the Service, we'll give you reasonable notice to download your worksheets.
8. Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or opportunity. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if that is more.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or your rights as a consumer. If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you keep all the mandatory protections of the law where you live, including your statutory rights to cancel and to a service that matches its description.
9. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the app's settings menu. What happens to your data after that is set out in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For significant changes we'll tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the new terms. If you don't agree, you can cancel and delete your account.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, and the courts of Lithuania handle any dispute. If you are a consumer, this doesn't take away the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can also bring a claim in the courts there.
